What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Well, I’m Nasir. I love martial arts. Besides feeling fit, martial arts make the body flexible. All the joints are supple. The forms and movements are enjoyable.

Furthermore, I get benefit from martial arts training by developing skills to fight criminals and gaining confidence anytime, anywhere.

When it comes to physical crime on the street, I’m optimistic I can handle it myself before the police arrive.
